General Information & Policies - Camps/Clinics

PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Application must be accompanied by full payment up front. We do not accept checks.
• A small online convenience fee will be added upon registration of all programs.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a cancellation (personal or medical), we will refund all deposits made minus a $25 administrative fee and any online registration fees. All requests for refunds must be made in writing (email is OK), and must be submitted within 7 days of the end of camp.

DISCOUNTS

We offer the following discounts for Patrick Nicholas's High Performance Volleyball Academy: *Only one may be applied.

• Sibling Discount - $40 off the second and subsequent child(ren)’s camp fees, this only applies to camps. It does not apply to clinics (Player registrations must be registered at the same time.)
• Catawba Chief’s Club Member Discount - 25% off camp & clinic fee (You must include the Full Name of Chief’s Club Member.) Promo code: Chiefsclub
• Catawba Faculty/Staff - 25% off camp & clinic fee (You must include your Catawba Email Address with the registration.) Promo code: indianstaff
• Catawba Volleyball Alumni - 25% off camp & clinic fee. Promo code: CVBAlum

WAIVERS

Waivers must be completed and turned in before the start of camp. ALL registrants must complete the COVID waiver.  You may choose to either,

• Email the scanned documents to info@highperformancevolleyballtraining.com before the start of camp, or
• Bring the completed documents to registration on the first day of camp.

WHAT TO BRING

• Volleyball Gear:  Shoes & Socks, Knee Pads, Ankle Braces (if you want), extra T-shirts.
• Water Bottle with your full name on it (A must).
• Hand Sanitizer
• A towel or two with your name on them – to wipe face & your self.
• Linens (standard twin size), Toiletries, Bath Towel. You may want to bring a fan and small mini fridge. – Residential Campers only.
• Gym bag to carry extra items.
• Healthy snacks/fruit to nibble on at breaks.
• Other/Optional Items:  Long Socks (old ones if you have) for your forearms when we work on Defense and for the 1^st Contact/Total Ball Control Clinics.  The socks should fit from your hand to your elbow.
